Before Getting Started

Complete the steps below before getting started.

Step 1: Signup and Get Verified

Create an Eversend for Business account and complete the verification process here


Step 2: Request Access to the Eversend Merchant API

Email [email protected] to request access to the Merchant API. Be sure to include the following details:

  1. The email address linked to your Eversend for Business Account.
  2. A brief explanation of your business.
  3. A short description of how you intend to use the API.

Step 3: Retrieve Client ID and Secret

Once your access is approved, generate your API credentials by following the steps outlined in the Authentication Guide

Step 4: Whitelist your IP address

API access is restricted to whitelisted IP addresses. To whitelist your IP address:

  1. Log into your Eversend Business Dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Navigate to the Developers tab.
  4. Add your IP address under IP Whitelist.
